Shipping Netherlands
Orders will be delivered after payment. With an order over €100, you pay no shipping costs within the Netherlands. We ship with PostNL.

Shipping abroad
Saltlamp also ships abroad. We charge the standard PostNL rates for European destinations. If you live outside Europe, you can send us an e-mail and we will give you a quote for shipping costs.

Shipping to other address
You can specify a different delivery address with your order. You can also send us an e-mail requesting that the package be delivered to another address.

Your order will be shipped in neutral packaging via MyParcel/PostNL.

Return/Revocation

Returns: 14 days trial period
Of course, you can always return/revoke and exchange with us. Ultimately, we want you to be completely happy and satisfied with your order. You have a cooling off period of 14 days to return item(s), starting from the day of receipt of the item. You can use the enclosed return form for this purpose or comparative information you can email us. Please include this information in your return shipment as well. You still have 14 days from the time of withdrawal to return the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. For returning the order, the return costs are at your own expense.

Upon receipt of the return

Upon proper receipt of your return (*), we will refund you in full (including any delivery costs if the entire order is returned) without delay but within 14 days following the day we receive the return. Refunds are subject to change. See also exclusion on revocation. (*) For the record, if you had free shipping, then obviously there are no shipping costs to refund. Costs not incurred are also not refundable.

Unless Saltlamp offers to pick up the product itself, Saltlamp may wait to refund until it has received the product or you prove that you have returned the product, whichever is earlier. Saltlamp will use the same means of payment you used for reimbursement unless you agree to another method. The refund is free of charge to you.

If you have chosen a more expensive method of delivery than Saltlamp's standard delivery, Saltlamp does not have to refund the additional cost for the more expensive method.

Is there a cost to exchange a product?
Only the cost of return shipping is at your own expense.

Refund upon return

Upon Saltlamp's receipt of your return, we will refund your payment within 14 days. Obviously, the return must have been found to be in order. Return charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Meaning cost of shipping, returns

Cost of shipping is the cost incurred to ship the order to the customer. For an amount over 100 euros, the costs are ours. For an amount below 100 euros, the customer pays a contribution (these are not the actual costs, part of which we take care of).
Cost of return is the cost incurred to return the order to us

(*) Exclusions to Revocation: Items must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed or otherwise clearly used or processed. Exchanges and returns must have the original inner packaging, if possible and included. Items that do not comply with this will not be considered. No new item will be sent or money refunded in that case. Any costs incurred by Saltlamp in taking back the goods will be charged to you. Do you want the damaged or used item back? Then you can do so for a fee for shipping and handling.

- Packages sent to us C.O.D. are unfortunately not accepted. We are not liable for exchanges/returns to be received by us that are lost in the mail.

To make the return process as easy as possible for you, we will send you a return form along with your order. Should you lose it, you will find below a download of a return/revocation form. You may use this form by copying this text into your application email to return. You can also enclose this text with your return.
